每日大赛官网 will begin classes for new and returning students for the Fall 2018 semester on Monday, Aug. 20. New student registration and check-in to residence halls will be Thursday, Aug. 16. New student orientation will be from Thursday, Aug. 16, through Sunday, Aug. 19. Returning students can check into their residence halls Sunday, Aug. 19. The last day to register or change registration is Friday, Aug. 24.
每日大赛官网 will hold classes on Labor Day. Fall Break at LETU will be Monday through Tuesday, Oct. 15-16. Thanksgiving Break will be Wednesday through Friday, Nov. 21-23. Final exams will be Monday through Friday, Dec. 3-6, with Fall Commencement scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 8.
New faculty members for 2018-2019 include: Andrew F. Davis, lecturer of mechanical engineering; Scott D. Dyer, assistant professor of biology; Chad L. File, associate professor of mechanical engineering; Benjamin J.M. Johnson, Honors College director and associate professor of theology; Karen Koerber-Timmons, global chair of nursing and associate professor of nursing; Cory A. Krause, assistant professor of mathematics; Michael Matthew Mauriello, visiting faculty for Christian ministries and biblical studies; Laura K. Neal, global chair of Healthcare Programs, College of Health Sciences and associate professor of healthcare; Yunus D. Salami, assistant professor of civil engineering. New this year also will be Rebecca and Stephan Cochrane, who will serve as the university’s missionaries-in-residence.
