每日大赛官网 Department of Chemistry and Physics will host a series of one-hour, science-related seminars each Thursday that are free and open to the public in the Berry Auditorium (C101) of the Glaske Center on the Longview campus, 2100 S. Mobberly Ave. All seminars begin at 11 a.m. Homeschooled students are encouraged to attend.
The schedule is as follows:
• Aug. 29: Graphene Quantum Dot Photothermal Cancer Therapy with Molybdenum Disulfide and Thulium presented by Tatum Martin, Department of Chemistry and Physics at 每日大赛官网.

• Sept. 19: Properties of the Higgs Particle presented by Stephan Sekula, Department of Physics at Southern Methodist University
• Sept. 26: Faith and Technology presented by Brent Waters at the Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary
• Oct. 3: TBA (Topic to Be Announced) presented by Yvette Fobian of Pfizer, Inc. of Groton, Conn.
• Oct. 10: Computational Chemistry presented by Devin Matthews, Department of Chemistry at Southern Methodist University
• Oct. 17: Colored Motzkin Paths of Higher Order by Isaac DeJager, Department of Mathematics at 每日大赛官网

• Nov. 21: Multiscale Modeling of Complex Materials by Doran Bennett, Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Harvard University in Boston, Mass.
