October 4th was a day to remember as alumni, students, and their families donned hard hats and, for the first time, stepped inside the massive Athletic and Human Performance Air Dome during ÿÈÕ´óÈü¹ÙÍø’s Homecoming & Family Weekend.
More than 140 guests toured the fully inflated structure in small groups, getting a first-hand look at the facility’s layout and hearing about the exciting features to come. From state-of-the-art hydraulic track curves to an immersive audio/visual system with a towering 50-foot jumbotron, and cutting-edge golf simulators, the Air Dome promises to be a one-of-a-kind facility that sets LeTourneau apart.
As construction continues, the Christian Polytechnic University looks ahead with anticipation to the Air Dome’s grand opening in summer 2026.
